If you are a new student you will need to make sure you have completed the following:

1. Health Insurance All full-time students are required to have health insurance. Students who are not covered under an approved U.S. issued health insurance policy, must purchase health insurance offered through the Conservatory before being allowed to register. Please check the current coverage at http://www.renaissance-inc.com/. Students covered under their own health insurance policy should complete the Health Insurance Waiver form (this includes continuing SFCM students) 2. Who is taking care of your tuition? Make sure you turn in the Billing Address Form. 3. Get your FINAL Transcripts sent by August 1st Transcripts should be sent to the Admissions Office. You may contact them with any questions you may have as well. 4. Moving? Changing email addresses? Make sure we have your current information!

Absences Short-Term leave of Absence    Use this for absences from    one day to a number of weeks. Withdrawal/Leave of Absence Form    Use this for a semester to year-long absence    or to withdraw from the Conservatory.
